Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If approved for a refund, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you are shipping a returned item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exceptions and Non-returnable Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and or flower buds.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
